The incense holder embraces time itself. For a thousand years, a burning stick was how people measured time, so we didn't make a dish. We made a scale, tipped off balance: weight on one side, fire on the other. It leans because it's weighing time.

The low end is a semi-sphere that cradles a cone; a small groove on the curve seats a stick. One object, two ways to burn.

Inspired by the ritual of incense, it's for one stick, one sitting, and the length of a single hour that's yours. It's an object you light, watch, and keep. Also a perfect gift.
