Shipping Policy (OOM)

Where we ship

OOM ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping origin may vary by destination to optimize delivery time and reliability.

United States shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (before shipment)

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Carrier: Varies by region and service level

  • Free shipping: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

International shipping

International orders may ship using one of the following routes:

Option A: Shipped directly from Vietnam (Manufacturer Fulfillment)

  • Carrier: Vietnam Post (and local postal partner for final delivery)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–17 business days

  • Tracking may update less frequently while the package is moving between countries.

Option B: Shipped from the United States (Selective Regions)
Some international destinations may be fulfilled from the U.S. when it’s faster or more reliable, including:

  • Canada

  • Parts of South America

Availability depends on product, inventory location, and destination. Tracking will be provided when available.

Duties, taxes, and import fees (International)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes determined by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost (unless explicitly stated) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Delays and exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, peak-season volume, or carrier disruptions. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual amount of time, email us and we’ll help investigate.
